Who is that and what do they do?

Agency for Employment + Jobcenter + Youth Welfare Office of the District Administration Alzey-Worms = Youth Career Agency plus Alzey-Worms.

WE - that's the providers of youth welfare in Alzey, the Agency for Employment Mainz with career counseling, and the counseling team for young people from the Jobcenter Alzey-Worms.

WE have been working together for many years, and now we are also here on the internet for you.

The JBA was established to advise, support, empower, and accompany young people in their personal, social, and professional development, leading to their societal and occupational integration.

What does the JBA do for me?

In case you're under 25 years old, we're here to assist and advise you. Three institutions collaborate to support you in transitioning from school to the professional world. Even if securing an apprenticeship or pursuing further education isn't currently your top priority due to other challenges you're facing, we're here to lend an open ear.

We listen to you. We help you find an apprenticeship position or support you towards obtaining your (school) diploma. Our goal is to work together with you to identify a suitable profession and help you overcome obstacles so you can progress in your career.

Who can seek counseling?

"The Youth Employment Agency supports adolescents and young adults in finding suitable vocational training and employment.

You should bring your ID. It's great if you can bring certificates as well. But you can also come without them, and we'll discuss what we need from you.
